Participation

For all activities, we ask all participants to read and approve the safety conditions. We remind you that:

  • It is essential to know how to swim for all white-water activities as well as for canyoning.,
  • Parental consent is mandatory for any minor, regardless of the activity undertaken.,
  • The feasibility of any sporting programme is subject to the instructor's assessment based on the weather conditions and the sporting abilities of the participants.

Registration procedures

For all our programs, registration is possible on-site subject to availability. We do, however, advise you to send us Written application accompanied by a 30% payment for the total cost of the service.

The balance must reach us 15 days before the start date of the service. Any booking will only be effective after acceptance and validation of the registration request accompanied by the corresponding deposit and will be confirmed by return of a service voucher.

If the balance of the stay has not been received 15 days prior to the service date, ABOARD Rafting reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation.

As part of a group or registration for several people, the subscriber agrees to make known and approve the general terms and conditions, as well as the training documentation, to all registered participants.

Cancellation

In the event of a partial or full cancellation, the deposit of 30 % will not be refunded. For any cancellation by an individual(s) of a service for which payment has been made in full (30% deposit + 70% within 15 days prior to the service date), the 70% may be refunded if ABOARD Rafting is notified 7 days prior to the service date.

Special cancellation conditions

ABOARD Rafting reserves the right to modify sports activity programmes for reasons of safety, floods, participants' sporting abilities or any case of force majeure.

For these reasons, alternative routes will be organised without any of the participants being able to claim any compensation.

If ABOARD Rafting is compelled to cancel a departure for any reason whatsoever, participants will be fully refunded without any entitlement to further compensation.

In the case of weekend or week-long training courses, the organisation is obliged to inform participants of any cancellation 21 days before departure.

Assurances

ABOARD Rafting has third-party liability insurance covering its own activities (policy RAQVAM no. 3160732 D).
Further information on the insurance cover provided by ABOARD Rafting can be supplied upon request.
