For all our programmes, booking can be made on the spot, on line or over the phone according to availability. In the context of the booking for a group, or for several people, the subscriber promises to make these conditions known and have them approved by all the participants, and to provide them with the literature about the package.

Cancellation
The acceptance of the booking through the signature of a service voucher or online booking serves as
of contract and you agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions set out below:
J-7 before the activity: full refund of the service
• 6 to 4 days before the event: a refund of 50% of the
Total amount of the activity
• Day before and day of: no refunds
SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
ABOARD RAFTING reserves the right to modify the outdoors programmes for reasons of safety, floods, physical condition of the participants or any case of absolute necessity. Under these conditions, replacement trips will be organized without any possible request for compensation on the part of the participants. If ABOARD RAFTING is obliged to cancel a trip for whatever reason, the participants will be fully reimbursed without any possible claim for further compensation. In the case of weekend or weeklong packages, the company obliges itself to inform the participants about the cancellation 21 days before the beginning of the activities.
INSURANCE
Rafting has public liability insurance covering its own activities (policy RAQVAM No.
3160732D). Any information relating to ABOARD Rafting's insurance can be provided upon request.
If the supervision of an activity is provided by an independent contractor, the risks related to this
activities are covered by the relevant provider's insurance.
