Samedi matin : Forest Adventure Course
Meet at 9h00 Adventure Forest adventure course.
Move from tree to tree in a series of varied workshops, from 2 to 12 meters in height. Test your balance on Nepalese bridges, jump with a liana, slide on zip lines, walk on suspended walkways, slip through suspended cans, all in complete safety … All you need to do is put on a harness, follow the instructions and all the fun is yours!
A total of 50 varied and progressive workshops await you among the trees, with two zip lines (80 and 130 m above the Verdon) in the end.
This real forest adventure takes place on an exceptional 3 ha site. of pines and deciduous trees, and bordered by cliffs overlooking the Verdon.

où vous attendent les guides d’ABOARD Rafting. De là, nous vous acheminerons avec un mini-bus d’ABOARD Rafting au couloir Samson (20 mn. de route).
Cette sortie aqua-rando va nous permettre une exploration du Verdon qui débutera au « Solitaire » pour terminer après « les Labyrinthes ».

The end of the course is punctuated by a beautiful rapid at the foot of the beautiful city of Entrevaux.
This is undoubtedly the most appropriate technique for discovering the natural beauties hidden at the bottom of the Verdon gorges. We find the Samson corridor belvedere after about 20 minutes of walking.
Dimanche matin : Canyoning in St-Auban
The end of the course is punctuated by a beautiful rapid at the foot of the beautiful city of Entrevaux. Friday: CANYONING in St Auban
Equipped with a wetsuit, a helmet and a life jacket, we let ourselves be carried by the current while floating and swimming.

The activity begins with an introduction to the environment and an initiation to abseiling techniques.
After being equipped, we enter the canyon by a first slide. Then, a first jump of 5 meters awaits us between the steep walls of the canyon.
A series of descents and jumps leads us to the top of a waterfall, which we will bypass using a 40-metre zip line strung from one bank to the other.
Other jumps (6 and 7 m. For the highest) will take us from basin to basin to the last slide.
At the exit of the canyon, a short walk back (10 mins) will take us back to the vehicles left at the arrival point.

The activities offered during this sporting weekend take place on different sites, such as aqua-hiking in the Verdon gorges, the adventure course on the banks of the Verdon near Castellane and canyoning in the Clue de St-Auban, located 45 minutes from Castellane.
Les conditions climatiques sont en général très bonnes en été et c’est sous le soleil de la Provence que nous vous invitons profiter des joies de l’eau-vive dans le Verdon grâce ce programme composé d’un panachage d’activités.

IMPORTANT:
- These activities depend on weather conditions. For the canyoning activity, in case of rain, the water can rise quickly in the canyon and the course then becomes impractical. Therefore, the guides reserve the right to cancel outings due to bad weather.
