Samedi matin<\/b><\/span> : Forest Adventure Course<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Meet at 9h00<\/b> Adventure Forest adventure course.<\/p>\n

Move from tree to tree in a series of varied workshops, from 2 to 12 meters in height. Test your balance on Nepalese bridges, jump with a liana, slide on zip lines, walk on suspended walkways, slip through suspended cans, all in complete safety \u2026 All you need to do is put on a harness, follow the instructions and all the fun is yours!<\/p>\n

A total of 50 varied and progressive workshops await you among the trees, with two zip lines (80 and 130 m above the Verdon) in the end.<\/p>\n

This real forest adventure takes place on an exceptional 3 ha site. of pines and deciduous trees, and bordered by cliffs overlooking the Verdon.<\/p>\n

o\u00f9 vous attendent les guides d\u2019ABOARD Rafting. De l\u00e0, nous vous acheminerons avec un mini-bus d\u2019ABOARD Rafting au couloir Samson (20 mn. de route).<\/p>\n

Cette sortie aqua-rando va nous permettre une exploration du Verdon qui d\u00e9butera au \u00ab Solitaire \u00bb pour terminer apr\u00e8s \u00ab les Labyrinthes \u00bb.<\/p>\n

As you descend, you will have plenty of time to learn how to handle this two-seater boat, thanks to the advice provided by the guide who accompanies you in his own boat.<\/p>\n

Equipped with a wetsuit, a helmet and a life jacket, we let ourselves be carried by the current while floating and swimming.<\/p>\n

The activity begins with an introduction to the environment and an initiation to abseiling techniques.<\/p>\n

After being equipped, we enter the canyon by a first slide. Then, a first jump of 5 meters awaits us between the steep walls of the canyon.<\/p>\n

A series of descents and jumps leads us to the top of a waterfall, which we will bypass using a 40-metre zip line strung from one bank to the other.<\/p>\n

Other jumps (6 and 7 m. For the highest) will take us from basin to basin to the last slide.<\/p>\n

At the exit of the canyon, a short walk back (10 mins) will take us back to the vehicles left at the arrival point.<\/p>\n

The activities offered during this sporting weekend take place on different sites, such as aqua-hiking in the Verdon gorges, the adventure course on the banks of the Verdon near Castellane and canyoning in the Clue de St-Auban, located 45 minutes from Castellane.<\/p>\n
