LES JOURS DE L\u00c2CHERS D’EAU<\/span> : Rafting<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Meet at 9:30 AM<\/b> at our \u00abAdventure Forest\u00bb base (See access map<\/a>)<\/p>\n

Welcome of participants by the Rafting guides, followed by the distribution of equipment and a briefing for a descent down the Verdon by raft, to our Pin\u00e8de beach (approx. 8 km<\/b> and 1h30<\/b> of navigation).<\/p>\n

The first part is easy; it allows for a gentle introduction to handling the raft. Then we navigate rapids of increasing difficulty with, as the finale, the famous Barre St. Jean (Class III rapid: medium difficulty).See the classification of rapids<\/a>The culmination of this descent.<\/p>\n

Once this rapid has been navigated, we will rejoin the Pin\u00e8de beach, the finishing point of this descent.<\/p>\n

After getting de-kitted, we will return to our base \u00abAdventure Forest\u00bb by bus.<\/p>\n

LES JOURS SANS L\u00c2CHER D’EAU<\/span> : AQUA-RANDO<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Meet at 9 AM<\/b> \u00e0 notre base \u00ab\u00a0Adventure Forest\u00a0\u00bb proche de Castellane (See access map<\/a>) o\u00f9 vous attendent les guides d’ABOARD Rafting. De l\u00e0, nous vous acheminerons avec un mini-bus d’ABOARD Rafting au couloir Samson (20 mn. de route).<\/p>\n

This aqua-rando outing will allow us to explore the Verdon, starting at the \u00abSolitaire\u00bb and finishing after \u00abthe Labyrinths\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Equipped with a wetsuit, helmet, and life jacket, we let ourselves be carried by the current, floating and swimming. We return to the banks each time it is necessary to walk around an obstacle (obstructed rapids, siphons).<\/p>\n

We jump, swim or walk in the clear water so as not to miss any of the magnificent scenery that unfolds before our eyes.<\/p>\n

This is undoubtedly the most appropriate technique for discovering the hidden natural beauties at the bottom of the Verdon Gorge. We find the Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re du Couloir Samson after about 20 minutes of walking.<\/p>\n

\u00a0L’apr\u00e8s-midi<\/span> : Forest Adventure Course<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Meet at 2:00 PM<\/b> Adventure Forest adventure course.<\/p>\n

Leap from tree to tree on a range of varied workshops, from 2 to 12 metres high. Test your balance on Nepalese bridges, jump with a vine, glide on zip lines, walk on suspended walkways, wriggle through suspended barrels, all in complete safety... All you need to do is put on a harness, follow the instructions, and all the fun is yours!<\/p>\n

In total, 50 varied and progressive workshops await you amidst the trees, culminating in two zip lines (80m and 130m above the Verdon).<\/p>\n

This real forest adventure takes place on an exceptional 3-hectare site of pines and deciduous trees, bordered by cliffs overlooking the Verdon.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The flow of the Verdon is regulated by the Castillon dam.<\/p>\n

The activities offered during this day take place on the same site, 5 minutes from Castellane, where our ABOARD Rafting base and our Adventure Forest treetop adventure course are located. You therefore do not need to travel during the day (return from the rafting descent is provided by our shuttles) and you can have a peaceful picnic at our base amidst 3 hectares of forest.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
