For all activities, we ask all participants to read and approve the
\nsafety conditions. We remind you that: \u2013 it is essential to know how to swim for all
\nwhite-water activities and canyoning. \u2013 parental consent is mandatory for all minors
\nwhatever the activity practised. \u2013 the feasibility of any sports programme is subject to the assessment of the
\nguide according to weather conditions and participants' sporting abilities. \u2013 as far as
\nconcerning the treetop adventure park, reading and respecting the internal regulations is
\nMandatory.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

For all our programmes, registration is possible in person, online or by telephone, depending on
\navailability.
\nAs part of a group or registration for multiple people, the subscriber agrees to make
\nto know and approve the general conditions, as well as the internship documentation for all participants
\nregistered.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The acceptance of the booking through the signature of a service voucher or online booking serves as
\nof contract and you agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions set out below:

\n\u2022 6 to 4 days before the event: a refund of 50% of the
\nTotal amount of the activity

ABOARD Rafting reserves the right to alter the sports activity programmes for reasons of
\nsafety, floods, the sporting abilities of participants, or any acts of force majeure. For these reasons,
\nreplacement courses will be organised without any of the participants being able to claim
\nany compensation. If ABOARD Rafting is obliged to cancel a departure for any
\nFor whatever reason, participants will be fully reimbursed without being able to claim any other
\nadditional compensation. In the case of weekend or weekday placements, the organisation undertakes to provide notice
\nparticipants cancelling 21 days before departure.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Rafting has public liability insurance covering its own activities (policy RAQVAM No.
\n3160732D). Any information relating to ABOARD Rafting's insurance can be provided upon request.
\nIf the supervision of an activity is provided by an independent contractor, the risks related to this
